STRATFORD RACECOURSE

**Please note this is NOT a booked meet - Although we are expecting this meet to be popular and have decided to reduce numbers due to Covid-19. Please call our steward on 07597043410 before travelling to check availability of the campsite**

Meet Opening Time: 12pm on 11th September PLEASE DO NOT ARRIVE BEFORE

Price: £12 PUPN + £3 EHU PUPN (LIMITED AVAILABILITY OF EHU)

PLEASE ENSURE PAYMENT IS GIVEN IN FULL TO THE STEWARD UPON ARRIVAL AND THE CORRECT CHANGE IS GIVEN TO KEEP CASH EXCHANGE TO THE MINIMUM.

WE WILL ALSO ACCEPT CHEQUES.

PLEASE NOTE

  • Toilets, Showers and dish-washing/laundry rooms will NOT be accessible by anybody on site and will remain closed throughout the duration of the THS. Therefore own sanitation is mandatory for ALL units.

  • Stewards will be available as normal although please respect the 2m rule at all times.

​​

  • Disinfectant spray and wipes will be at water stations to wipe taps before and after use. Please use them but do not remove them from this area. 

​​

  • Please remember this meet is for camping and strictly NOT  a social gathering. Therefore please respect other campers and keep to the 2m rule. 

​​

  • Following on from this please do NOT gather in awnings with people from another unit.

​​

  • Please ensure all litter is picked up and put in the on site bins. 

​
